Paul Froidevaux

I finished my Ph.D. training in climate sciences at the Institute of Geography, University of Bern in November 2014 with a thesis entitled "Meteorological characterisation of floods in Switzerland".

I studied climate sciences because I am fascinated by the Earth system as a whole and because I want to contribute to a better understanding of the Earth climate and its impact on human societies in the future.

Before studying climate sciences I did a MSc in Atmospheric and Climate Sciences at ETH Zurich (2011).
