Benefits
ClimateAlumni is a tool to stay in touch with the Graduate School of Climate Sciences.
Once a year, we, the Oeschger Centre, ask you to fill in or update an online form with basic information about your career. This allows us to track your career steps, and to keep in touch with you as a former student. We also intend to bring your expertise back to the Oeschger Centre and make it available to current students.
In return, we post information about internships or jobs in industry and academia in a closed group on LinkedIn.
Registration
Write a short mail to info.oeschger@unibe.ch to receive an online registration form.
Your registration will add you to the ClimateAlumni list.
You will also receive an invitation to optionally join the closed LinkedIn ClimateAlumni group, which provides information on jobs and offers communication among the ClimateAlumni.
Registration is free of charge. Your data will be used for anonymous annual statistics on behalf of the University of Bern, and will not be handed to third parties.
Your ClimateAlumni membership is independent from a membership with the umbrella alumni organisation of the Univ. Bern at http://alumni.unibe.ch/.
